UIL Participation Physicals for 2012

Round Rock ISD will be offering physicals to Round Rock HS students entering grades 9-12 for the 2012-2013 school year (current grades 8-11). There is a $20.00 fee for each physical. Each additional family physical is only $10.00.

Physical must be on file with the club before participation in any practice, game, or offseason activity.

McNeil, Round Rock and Westwood HS
UIL Participation Physicals will be held Monday, May 14, 2012 at the Westwood HS Fieldhouse Gym.

• Times
  Westwood HS students: 5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
  McNeil HS students: 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
  Round Rock HS students: 6:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m

The form for the physical can be found under the Documents tab to the left and under the Registration section.

Please remember to ask for a copy of the completed and signed form.  If your player will be in fall football, a copy of the physical form needs to be on file with the lacrosse program as we do not have access to records kept by the WWHS Athletics program.

The Westwood Warrior's Lacrosse program is now accepting new player pre-registrations for the 2012-2013 season. If you are an incoming freshman or a new player who was not a member of the team during the 2011-2012 season, you can now pre-register for next season.

Pre-registration is not a commitment to play next season. There is no financial payment required. It is a way for parents to register with the Westwood Lacrosse club so that we can keep you up to date with events and activities of the club leading up to the fall season.

If you have a new player that will be requesting the off campus physical education credit for Lacrosse, you can download the OCPE form from our web site documents repository. Information about OCPE can be found here.  The signature page that you will need to provide with your application is found here. If you have any questions regarding the OCPE program, you can or call the RRISD OCPE Program Administrator at 512-464-5480.
